High Performance gas/oil fired heating oil boiler and 700 KW thermo oil boiler for paper industry
The YY(Q)W type fuel gas heating oil boiler adopts a horizontal three-return structure, in which the inner coil constitutes a radiation heating surface and the outer coil constitutes a convection heating surface. This design makes the thermal oil boiler system structure very compact. After the fuel is burned inside, the radiation heating surface absorbs most of the heat, and the discharged flue gas enters the convection heating surface to exchange heat. The exhaust is eventually discharged by the fan. The boiler also has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, convenient operation and maintenance, precise control system, fuel saving and safe operation.
Thermal oil boiler system features
1. The heating oil boiler adopts coil structure, which has sufficient heating area and high thermal efficiency;
2. The heating oil boiler consists of two parts, the main body and the combustion chamber, which is easy to install on site;
3. The air preheater installed at the tail can greatly improve the working efficiency of the boiler;
4. The thermo oil boiler can provide temperature above 300 °C, working pressure below 1 MPa, safe and reliable operation;
5. Thermo oil boiler control system can provide detection, operation, alarm and other functions, high degree of automation;
6. One-piece structural design, the structure is reasonable and compact;
7. The thermo oil boiler heating system is simple, no need to install water treatment equipment, which reduces the cost;
